Peppers with Orange Blossom Honey and Celery

From an ancient Renaissance recipe - which provides the use of sugar, vinegar and salt to preserve the vegetables - sweet and sour peppers, slightly spicy, made precious by a touch of celery.

Perfect for appetizers, canapes and finger food, it matches extremely well with boiled meat, cheese, raw and grilled vegetables, fish and crustaceous.

Try it also as a coupling of fried food.
