Marsala Wine Jelly with Wildflower Honey and Dark Chocolate

Ideal complement of dry almond confectionery, it matches very well with grilled peppers or a surprising "caponata".

Try it also with "Taleggio" cheese or on freshstrawberries.

Ingredients:
Marsala Fine liquorous wine (65%), sugar, wildflower honey (2%), lemon juice, dark chocolate (cocoa mass 95%, sugar 5%) (0,8%). Gelificant: pectin.
